Mohammed or Jesus

Koran = "LAA ELAAHA ELLA HOO" (There is no other god besides Him). Mohammed his messenger.

Bible = “This is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent” (John 17:3).

Koran = “If thou wert in doubt (Mohammed) as to what We (god) have revealed unto thee (the Koran) then ask those who have been reading the Book (the Bible) from before thee (The Christians).”(Jonah 10:94).

Bible = “If an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed” (Galatians 1:8).

There is a great difference between the Bible and the Koran. The stories of the Koran stand against the stories of the Bible. It is very important to know that God would not have sent Jesus to come and destroy Judaism in order to start a new religion called Christianity, and then send another prophet after 600 years who would destroy Christianity in order to spread a new book called the Koran. Jesus came to fulfil the prophecies of the Old Testament. That’s why the true children of Abraham rejoiced with Abraham and the rest of the prophets of the Old Testament as they saw their prayers and their prophecies being fulfilled in Jesus the Christ.

Jesus finished the work of salvation. At the cross he cried, “It is finished.” Now man can be saved, the way to God is open now, and every man can have peace with God and receive forgiveness for his sins. There is no need for another book or revelation, nor for a new prophet.

The Bible clearly said, “If an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed” (Galatians 1:8).

Mohammed destroyed the true picture of Christ when he said, “Certainly they disbelieve who say: ‘Allah is Christ the son of Mary.’ But said Christ: ‘O Children of Israel! worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord’” ( the Tabel 5:72).

On the other side we see in the Bible that “Simon Peter answered and said, ‘you are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’ And Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Blessed are you because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven’” (Matthew 16:16).

Mohammed himself denied the main work of Christ when he said:

That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah”- But they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not.

The Bible, however, says:

Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, and we are even found false witnesses of God, because we witnessed against God that He raised Christ whom He did not raise (1 Corinthians 15:3,14-15).

“For this cause therefore the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him (Jesus), because He not only was breaking the Sabbath, but also was calling God His own father, making Himself equal with God.” (John 5:18)

One is witnessing for the truth, the other is standing against the truth. Either Bible or Koran, Jesus as Lord and Saviour or Mohammed as a prophet.
